By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or ordering with a guardian's consent) and agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Exchanges Policy, which form one agreement.

We present each piece with editorial photography and detailed specifications. Colours may vary slightly between screens. Because every garment is handcrafted in Lagos, minor variations in weave, drape or finish are signatures of artisanal production — not defects.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices without notice; the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay. Payment is processed securely through our providers; your order is confirmed once payment is authorised.

Heritage Collection pieces are made to order. Preorders are charged in full at checkout. The collection ships November 1, 2026; orders placed after that date ship within 5–7 business days of production completion.

Preorder cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase by emailing info@oyinkanelan.com. After 24 hours your piece enters the atelier queue and the order is final except as stated in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

All sales on flash drops, limited edition pieces and marked sale items are final. These pieces will not be restocked and cannot be returned or exchanged except where they arrive damaged or faulty.

All designs, patterns, photographs, text and content on this site are owned by Oyínkán Élan LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute or create derivative works without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase or use of the site is limited to the purchase price of the item concerned. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration in Broward County, Florida, and you waive any right to participate in a class action.
