Heritage Collection preorders ship November 1, 2026. Orders placed after November 1 ship within 5–7 business days of production completion.

Standard production lead time is 10–14 business days from order (or from preorder close), because each piece is cut and finished by hand in Lagos, Nigeria.

US orders fulfil from Sunrise, Florida via USPS Priority Mail (2–3 business days once dispatched). Standard shipping is $12; shipping is complimentary on orders over $250.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to activate after the shipping notification.

We ship worldwide via DHL Express (typically 3–5 business days once dispatched). International rates and any duties or import taxes are calculated at checkout or payable to the carrier on delivery, depending on destination.

If tracking has not updated within 48 hours of your shipping email, contact info@oyinkanelan.com with your order number. Atelier closures, customs inspection and carrier disruptions can add time during peak season — we will always tell you rather than leave you guessing.

If tracking shows “delivered” but your package has not arrived, check with household members and neighbours, then email info@oyinkanelan.com within 7 days. We will open a carrier trace and, where the carrier confirms loss, replace or refund your order.
